Highlights of our yearly calendar include The Tea Party Festival – a large scale music event in Windsor, The Après Bar – an alpine themed Christmas bar in Reading, The Henley Champagne & Cocktail Club – A nightlife enclosure at Henley Royal Regatta, and a number of popup bar concepts at events and festivals around the country. Wherever we operate we strive to build immersive concepts that build customer talking points and brand loyalty for future projects.
Sales Manager Position
Salary – Negotiable and dependant on experience
Responsible to – Directors
Your main responsibility is to drive pre-booked sales to our popup residencies and bigger outdoor events, including general ticket sales, table bookings and at Christmas, party bookings.
This role is primarily office based (NW10) but you will be required to attend events, especially during key trading periods.
Has experience of generating leads, driving conversions and striving to exceed targets essential.
Is self motivated, but a team player – you will work within a team to drive footfall to a dedicated team of service professionals.
Generate sales leads for specific events
Utilise our vast existing database of clientele
Record and drive conversions on pre-booked sales
Use CRM software to develop customer profiles and manage post experience actions
Help build a database of guest information through creative research
Communicate with ops team to effectively manage bookings
Where applicable host and entertain high profile clients
Develop a wide network of ambassadors and advocates for the business
Establish effective relationships with local hospitality businesses – be a ‘face’ in the areas local to site/event locations
Attendance at weekly management meetings; monthly sales / P&L meetings and quarterly planning meetings
Work closely with Reservations and CRM on driving repeat business to the venue
Work closely with Marketing director on activity for upcoming nights
Work closely with Marketing director on ideas for promoted nights and events
Be aware of budgets, daily sales and variances
Produce accurate reports of contacts made, leads generated and conversions
Network, network, network
Develop business and sales opportunities through an improved understanding of local community
Communicate any issues you believe hold back sales to the GM
Developing a database of corporate clients – and their PAs
Pushing premium experiences at all times and using bolt ons to maximise spend
