Cups of Tea served – Zero, (ironically…)

The Tea Party festival launched in 2014 as a small party held in a pub car park in Ascot, which attracted about 600 people. Over the course of 4 years the event has rapidly grown into a multi stage festival which attracted 7000 people in 2017.

Our new home at Royal Windsor Racecourse plays host to 3 stages, a VIP garden area, a brand partnership with Ministry of Sound, a funfair, food traders and a lineup of big name music acts which has included Example, Sigma, Hannah Wants, Jaguar Skills, Mista Jam, Tom Zanetti, and the list goes on…

In October we occupy the Station Hill event space in Reading for a 4 day celebration of the infamous Oktoberfest!

Over 2500 people visit us for authentic German Biers, live Oompah bands and traditional Oktoberfest food. All housed within our Bier Hall marquee.

We were overwhelmed by the fantastic response to this event when we launched in 2017 and are looking forward to another edition of this event this year…

Goals shown during Euro 2016 – 108 (not enough by England though…)

In June 2016 we built a premium led fanzone in Reading town centre to show the Euro 2016 football championships as well as Wimbledon Tennis and an outdoor cinema. Our giant screen became the talk of the town and played host to thousands of people looking for an unrivalled spot to watch the sports.

Mini Golf and Ping Pong were available for customers as well as a solid menu of Summer Cocktails and Beers, whilst some of the area’s best street food vendors joined us to provide some mouth watering eats!

The Village, Reading will be back for the World Cup in 2018 as well as several new sites TBC soon…

Our Christmas popup bar residency comes from our love of the Après Ski culture. For 6 weeks we transform the Station Hill event space in Reading into The Après Bar, an immersive ski lodge themed concept which becomes the town’s go to spot for after work drinks, Christmas parties and socials over the festive period.

The ski lodge bar sits front and centre, serving up Steins of Bavarian Bier, Boozy Hot Chocolates and our menu of Winter Cocktails.

Our mini chalets, which are bespoke made and seat up to 10 people, have proved a popular feature at the venue for small groups wanting a private area to celebrate with friends whilst soaking up the atmosphere!

Mojitos + Prosecco = MOJECCO!

Our popup bar travels the UK during the summer months serving up two of our favourite drinks. Freshly made Mojitos and chilled Prosecco.

Popping up at food fesitvals, music events and summer fayres, Mojecco always becomes a popular destination to summer drinkers looking for a quality thirst quencher!

Last Christmas we decided to embrace our love for Prosecco and open a popup bar in The Oracle Shopping Centre.

Partnering with Scavi & Ray for a brand activation opportunity, we offered shoppers a break from the Christmas rush and the chance to sample a range of fantastic Proseccos and Beers in a comfortable setting.

Christmas gift sets were also available from Scavi & Ray…

We were approached by Allied London when they experienced some operational and commercial issues with a 3rd party operator who were tasked with delivering a Christmas ice rink event at a grade II listed site in Manchester.  Although the concept and marketing had led to a good demand for the event, the day to day operations, customer spend per head and feedback overall had become a concern to Allied who thought it could cause damage to their brand.

We came on board to implement a number of systems and procedures to salvage the situation whilst assuming full operational control of the event on the whole.

In 2017 Guildford Borough Council approached us to assist them in delivering events and a bar offering for a public event space in Guildford town centre.

This included converting a shipping container into a bar/cafe concept to compliment the event schedule. Throughout the summer we project managed a number of features including a 4 week summer screen event featuring Wimbledon coverage, Kids content and an outdoor Cinema.

As well as project management we were also tasked with marketing support, and the addition of creating our own events for the project, which resulted in a huge drive to footfall through the event space.
